Danielle Miller WagnerDanielle Miller Wagner, Principal
A Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional (AP), Danielle has more than 16 years of experience helping local governments, real estate developers, non-profits, and federal agencies develop new initiatives, manage program operations, cultivate financial support, and facilitate relationships.

Prior to launching Local 2 Global Solutions in January 2009, Danielle served as Vice President of a specialty real estate company focused on the redevelopment of environmentally contaminated properties, brownfields. Previously, Danielle managed environmental and economic development programs for ICMA (the International City/County Management Association). In this capacity, she led an association-wide sustainability initiative, local government energy efficiency programs, as well as brownfield initiatives for local governments. Danielle also served as a federal government contractor providing support to the US Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of the Navy, with a focus on land use controls, Superfund liability, and brownfield cleanup and reuse. Early in her career, Danielle worked in the Clinton Administration on Vice President Al Gore’s GLOBE Program (www.GLOBE.gov).

Danielle earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan, School of Natural Resources and Environment, and a Master of Science in Environmental Policy from Johns Hopkins University.



Bryan BarnhouseBryan J. Barnhouse, Consultant

Bryan’s passion is creating performance-driven transformations in public and private sector organizations. He brings more than seven years of project management experience in international, community, and economic development. 

Most recently, Bryan served as the International Project Manager for Asia at the Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC), the official global business development agency for the State of Arkansas. He oversaw programs on foreign direct investment recruitment and trade opportunities with Asia. Previously, Bryan worked in Washington, DC, as a Project Manager with the International City/County Management Association (ICMA), where he coordinated business development activities with the private sector and federal government for international and domestic capacity-building programs. 

 

Bryan understands complex intergovernmental environments and values facilitating effective partnerships with the private sector. He has worked at the local, state, and federal levels of government: the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office of Economic Development, the California Trade and Commerce Agency in Sacramento, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency in Washington, DC. As a consultant with Consensus Planning Group in Los Angeles, California, he supported the management of public involvement programs around land use, transportation, and technology initiatives.

 

Bryan holds a Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California. He resides in Little Rock with his wife, Jennifer, and serves on the City of Little Rock Sister Cities Commission, where he is the liaison with Newcastle upon Tyne, England.
